Jesus gave us the answer in the Sermon on the Mount, when He said, “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33) Seek Him first. Sounds simple enough, and yet, we all know it’s anything but simple. Jesus was teaching that we can impact the culture for the Kingdom, we must first look at our own lives.
When we do, we can start to win our daily battles. As we win our personal spiritual battles, we begin to win the cultural battles, too.
